Our LINC Strategy Program: For A Comprehensive Blueprint
This enlightening program walks you through Videan Unlimited’s
full, four-step LINC communication process. Over a period of about
two months, we will cover the first three steps:
1. Listen: We interview your existing and potential
customers for feedback, so you hear and
gain an understanding of your customers’ wants
and needs.
2. Illuminate: We generate customized marketing
strategies in a 1-On-1 strategic session
with your team, including input from Step
#1. This three-hour brainstorming exercise, facilitated by Ann
Videan, generates Wow! moments to enhance your customer
interaction. Customers can’t wait to share these powerful
experiences with others.
3. Nurture: We develop a business tribe/word-of-mouth
marketing plan from ideas generated in Steps #1 and #2. This gives
you an
easy-to-follow, strategic marketing blueprint to follow
for at least three months.
4. Create: The goal here is to drop a tactical
wave of marketing, and watch buzz flow
out and ebb back with customers on its crest.
But this can’t happen until we develop your WOMM plan through
the first three steps.
We treat Step #4 separately, taking a couple of
weeks to prepare a customized proposal outlining the resources
you’ll need to implement your WOMM strategies.
We also select a specific team member or two to bring your unique ideas to
fruition. Once we reach an agreement, the Videan Unlimited
team manages the tactical implementation of your marketing plan, freeing
you to concentrate
on what you do best.

Without exception, all Videan Unlimited
marketing strategy session participants rate our sessions either

1-on-1 Strategic-Marketing Session: This VIP strategy session
covers the key marketing needs of only your organization. You and
your team participate in a customized, three-hour gathering, led
by Ann Videan. Expect to walk away with immediately usable, business-tribe/word-of-mouth
marketing ideas, and Videan Unlimited follows-up with a three-
to six-month plan including action steps for implementing the best
ideas we generate.
Up-to-10 Strategic-Marketing Session: This session is shared with
up-to-10 other small businesses. From this two-hour marketing-strategy
session, facilitated by Ann Videan, we guarantee every participant
will gain immediately usable, business-tribe/word-of-mouth marketing
tactics. Participants receive a follow-up recap of all ideas generated.
Strategic-Marketing Roundtables: Join Ann for lunch at a “chat-worthy” venue,
network with other business associates, and get ideas and resources
about business-tribe/word-of-mouth topics customized for your organization.

#C210, Phoenix, AZ. You may also hold the sessions on-site, or
